HR Generalist

REQUIREMENTS:
1. At least 1 year of experience as HR manager / HR Generalist / Recruiter or in similar positions in IT;
2. Knowledge and understanding of HR processes in outsourcing IT companies;
3. Experience in implementing HR initiatives with successful cases;
4. At least Intermediate level of English (both written and verbal);
5. High level of communication and multitasking skills.
WILL BE A PLUS:
1. Interest in game industry;
2. Ability to create and implement workflows;
3. Knowledge of HR automation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Full cycle of the recruiting (candidate research, interview, documentation);
2. Managing the employee lifecycle: onboarding, 1:1 meetings, skills and salary reviews, offboarding, exit interviews etc.;
3. Organize online activities;
4. Other not complicated tasks.
